Hi there! I’m Liz Baublet, the baker, decorator, and heart behind Bless Your Tart Baking Co.

Baking has always been my happy place — from childhood experiments in the kitchen to countless late-night cookie sessions just for fun.

In June 2020, I finally decided to take a chance on that passion and launch a home-based cookie business. Less than a year later, in May 2021, I took the leap and went full time!

Bless Your Tart is all about creating cookies that not only taste amazing, but bring a little extra joy to your day. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, a wedding, a new baby, or just making a random Tuesday a little sweeter, I’m here to help you make it memorable.
